My role is simple:
Figure out what’s actually going wrong, and put systems in place that work.
I’m not here to “just add more tools”
Most operational problems I see usually come from:
- Systems that don’t reflect how the business actually runs
- Work scattered across too many places
- Processes that rely on memory, workarounds, or “how we’ve always done it”
